Bei der Glasmattierung handelt es sich um einen Prozess, bei dem Glasmattierungspulver die Lösung gleichmäßig auf die Glasoberfläche aufträgt, um sie chemisch anzugreifen. Frosting can increase the added value of glass. Through frosting, the surface of the glass will form a uniform layer of semi-permeable sand surface. The main material for the reaction of frosting are these: (NH4)2SO4 , NH4F,HF,HCl, usw.
Frosting Process
1.install rubber holder
- Before the boot drive, checking whether there are obstacles in transmission lines;
- Make sure of the rubber holder, checking whether there are mixed, handling rubber holder to the designated area;
- Before turn on the machine , checking whether there are unrelated people in operation around. Start the machine after determining no abnormalities. Adjusted to the appropriate transmission speed, along with the operation of the chain ,mounting the rubber holder to the bracket base in turn.
2.Load bottle
- Check whether the front section of incoming is good or not, whether there are mixed or defected products.
- Handle the checked yield products to the load bottle area.
- Workers wear gloves, looking for a strong point of the bottle, ramp into the rubber holder and hand press, make sure the bottle tight.
3.Pickling
- Bottles transported through the conveyor belt to the pickling tank.
- Use acidic water to remove dirt surface of the bottles to ensure frosting yield.
4.Frosting
- Bottles transported through the conveyor belt to the frosting tank.
- After the frosting tank, the bottles surface will have sand surface matte effect.
5.Washing spray
- Bottles transported through the conveyor belt to the washing area, Frosting residual in the surface of bottles has been initially cleaned under high-pressure water spray.
6.Washing
- Blisters with acidic water or purified water can wash the surface of bottles which there are residual frosting and dirt, making sure of the products cleanliness.
7.Washing use pure water
- Products on the conveyor belt washing through pure water to remove residual dirt.
- Washing by pure water to remove the watermark and other adverse to ensure product surface clean.
8.Unloading bottle
- Pull the bottles from the rubber holders. When the bottle bottom is up, the bottle finished is leaching with water, then turn to the conveyor belt.
9.Put bottle in the oven
- Bottle finish is down, gently shake off residual water of the bottle and then put on the mat in the cardboard oven conveyor.
10.Drying
- Turn the temperature to 120°C–150°C, tone the conveyor belt frequency to 10—14HZ.
- Baked products to remove residual water, reaching shipping standards.
11.Bottle inspection
- Wear work gloves, pick frosted bottles(Standard is provided from QC)
- Workers unload bottles from the line in accordance from the order, and then put into the designated packing boxes.
12.Packing
- Prepare boxes and crate labels according to the packaging specifications .
- Packers pack products in accordance with specifications of the product packaging.
- Pack the frosted bottles and stamp labels(Standard is provided from QC). When packing, checking whether there are missed, mixed or multi-installed. Crates must be neatly stacked and make a single mark.
